In the application of internal grinding, external grinding and end-face grinding, Jagura provides the total solutions to customers. Jagura can not only design mechanism structure according to workpiece clamping swing and workpiece length, buy also set spindle working position layout according to costomer's requirement. Moreover, regarding workpiece clamping, Jagura provides several clamping methods, such as hydraulic soft chuck clamping, collet clamping, 3 jaw chuck clamping and magnetic chuck clamping.As to the control system, Jagura develops two control systems: 1. EASY CNC, 2. CNC for different grinding applications.
1.EASY CNC control:
EASY CNC control system is especially developed for internal grinding, external grinding, end-face grinding and multiple step grinding. Both X-axis and Z-axis are driven by ball screw and servo motor. The positioning accuracy is up to ±0.001mm. The control system is user-friendly dialog operation interface.Operator just select the required grinding path, set operation parameters and key in the required grinding size and then the machine will start fully automatically grinding processes.Operator can easily operate EASY CNC series without having to edit G codes and M codes.
CNC control system is especially developed for the profile grinding for ID/OD taper and ID/OD arc …etc.Both X-axis and Z-axis are driven by ball screw and servo motor.The control system is user-friendly dialog operation interface.Operator just select the built-in grinding program, set operation parameters and key in required grinding size and then the machine will perform fully automatically grinding process.Operator can easily operate CNC series without having to edit G codes and M codes.Furthermore,it can work with various measuring instruments to enhance work piece quality and production efficiency.
